Most songs are ready even faster; as soon as the recording is done we email you the link. The Deluxe music video is made separately and arrives within 24 hours of you requesting it.

Yes — the scope depends on the plan. On Standard, Premium and Deluxe you read and edit the lyrics before you pay — up to 10 revisions by hand, by request or by going back to an earlier version — and you can also paste your own lyrics. Premium additionally includes 3 free revisions AFTER the song is generated (e.g. fixing a name, date, or chorus line), and Deluxe includes 6. Further post-generation revisions can be purchased. The Basic plan doesn't include lyric editing.

You'll get a downloadable MP3 you can share any way you like — by email, social media, messaging apps or cloud storage. Every plan includes a unique link to an animated recipient page plus a QR code — just send the link to share the song. Standard, Premium and Deluxe plans additionally let you upload photos and a text dedication onto the song page, and Premium and Deluxe unlock full page customization — pick the theme, colors and animations. Premium also adds a Lyric Video (MP4); Deluxe gives you a full music video (MP4) and a karaoke version instead of the Lyric Video. All three plans include a printable lyric card — a PDF with the whole lyric laid out around a vinyl record and a QR code to the song.

We store your song on our servers and keep it accessible — the gift page and the download — for 6 months after delivery. That's why we always recommend downloading the MP3 straight away and saving it somewhere safe: once downloaded, the song is yours to keep forever and you can play it as much as you like, independently of us. If you lose the file after that window, write to us with your order number and we'll try to help, though we can't guarantee it.

On Standard, post-generation revisions are paid — so it's worth carefully checking the spelling of names and dates while reviewing the lyrics, when editing is still free.

The lyric video is generated separately, usually 10–30 minutes after the MP3 song. If it's still missing on your order page after an hour, just write to us and we'll push the process manually. The Lyric Video is included in Premium and can be added to any other plan, Deluxe included.

In 99% of cases, the song arrives within 5 minutes. First, check your "Promotions" and "Spam" folders — sometimes the delivery email lands there. If 30 minutes pass and there's still nothing, write to us with your order number (LS-XXXX…) and we'll re-run the generation immediately, at no extra charge.

No worries — you can switch between version A and B from your order page anytime, even after approval. If you don't see the option, write to us and we'll toggle it on our side. Both versions are saved and stay available to you for the whole storage period (6 months from delivery).

Yes — at the bottom of the song page you'll find a QR code that points directly to the recipient's animated song page. You can save it as PNG and print it on a greeting card, gift wrap, or cake topper. It's a popular way to add a digital song to a physical gift.

Edit any line by hand, ask for a change or go back to an earlier version until you're happy, and only then proceed to payment. Have your own lyrics ready? Paste them and we'll set them to music. On Basic the lyrics are generated automatically and go straight to recording.

A printable keepsake included with Standard, Premium and Deluxe: the full lyrics laid out around a vinyl record, your wishes for the recipient and a QR code that plays the song when scanned. Print it, slip it into an envelope or frame it — the recipient holds the song in their hands, not just on a phone. The card appears on your order page right after the song is recorded.

Yes. The full music video is included in the Deluxe package, and with the Basic plan you can buy it as an add-on. You upload photos of the people the song is about, and the characters in the scenes are created from them — cinematic scenes cut to the whole song, not a slideshow. You get a Full HD MP4 within 24 hours of your request, ready for YouTube, a wedding or the big screen. The Lyric Video with animated text is included in Premium and can be added to any other plan.

Yes — native-sounding vocals, natural rhymes and correct stress, not a translation. We spell tricky names so the vocal pronounces them properly, and you pick the best of 2 recordings on Standard, or of 4 on Premium and Deluxe.
